We’re Joanne (@itsjoannev) & Donna (@lovedonnav): first-generation Vietnamese-American sisters and business partners who are OBSESSED with all things personal and professional optimization.
We’ve always been born-to-be entrepreneurs with creative spirits and a hunger to leave our mark on the world. From co-founding an online fashion brand, navigating the Los Angeles entertainment scene with our events and promotions company, to building 6-figure marketing agencies, we can attest that "the only constant in life is change!" It’s learning how to anchor, navigate, and create in spite of change that leads to truly game-changing impact and income. For us, that constant central point has been Instagram.
We’ve seen this one platform completely transform our lives and want to teach other ambitious creators how to harness the power of this online platform to do more, make more, and attract more, without necessarily working more.
We love IG, but today we’re proud to share Ladies First as even more than a social media agency — we are also a resource library, community, and the ultimate support system.
